Killaa Kustoms sales are FINAL. If there happens to be an issue with your product (Damaged, loose/tight elastic, etc.), please contact us through the contact link and we will resolve it as soon as possible. We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons, but any damages or concerns will be resolved.

Tapestry Apparel

Tapestry orders should be placed 2-4 weeks in advance. Rush orders will result in a fee. Material is not on hand, therefore I need time to customize your design & receive the material to begin the process, There is a $35 design fee due up front .

 Inquiry with the “contact” tab OR via social media (Instagram : KillaaKustoms) , please include your name , desired apparel ,specific details, design / Inspiration picture , and any other important information (needing it by a certain date, rush shipping, color schemes, etc.) Please be prepared to place your order after our consultation in order for me to begin on your product.

Orders ship out 3-5 days after purchasing if on hand

Bonnet Policy

All Bonnet orders are processed within 1-10 business days, excluding holidays. Bonnet orders specifically can take up to 10 days to be processed and made. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking Information, if you provided one (email). Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days after you receive your tracking number. Any questions regarding tracking information after it has been shipped should be done by contacting USPS.com. 

International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-10 business days, excluding holidays. Bonnet orders specifically can take up to 10 days to be processed and made. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking Information, if you provided one. Orders should arrive within 7-14 business days. Any questions regarding tracking information after it has been shipped should be done by contacting USPS.com. All international customers are responsible for their shipping fee.
